Ballard Kids exists to lead children alongside their families into a life-transforming relationship with Jesus Christ, while embracing the fun and joy of childhood!

Through fun experiences, meaningful music, and ministry that encourages kids to participate, we present Jesus Christ and His Church in a relevant way, creating moments that children will never forget.

If you have any questions or would like to volunteer to help, contact our kids team by emailing kids@ballardchurch.com

Currently Ballard Kids consists of two classrooms each weekend during our Sunday morning service, the nursery, and a combined pre-school/elementary class.

We also have a Mother’s Room available if needed in the back of our auditorium.

Nursery

3–36 months

Your child will experience personal care from our well-staffed team. We keep our nursery rooms ready for your little ones with age-appropriate toys and bouncers for them to enjoy while your family is in service.

Preschool

3–5 years

In preschool, children start to engage more with their church experience, so we help them interact and build their faith through stories, crafts, and songs that give them Biblical truths. They also start to form relationships with other kids and their teachers.

ELEMENTARY

K–5th Grade

Children come to a Ballard Kids service where they experience worship and Biblical teaching. Together, they learn about the Bible and how to have a relationship with God, memorize Scripture, and have fun developing friendships with each other.

NEW TO BALLARD KIDS?

From babies to fifth graders, our team wants to give your family an excellent experience.

When you arrive, our team will happily show you the way to the Ballard Kids classrooms. You’ll go to the first-time check-in station where you can tell us a little about your family to help us serve you well. On our check-in form we’ll ask things like what allergies your child may have, how many children are in your family, and get your contact information. Or you can fill out the new family check-in form online to save a few minutes when you check-in for the first time. Then, you and your child will both get a sticker with a matching code. This sticker is what you’ll use to pick up your child after the service.
